We will require your contact information including shipping address. Please include the hat name, hat size and colour in your email. If you are unsure of your hat size, measure the dimension of your head in inches just above your eyebrow with a measuring tape. All our hats are hand sewn. The felt and woven straw hats are created on hat blocks of various sizes and shapes. The hats made of straw or synthetic ribbon are wrapped and hand stitched over one of our blocks. Foundations for our covered hats are molded and wired in our studio.
Your order will be shipped upon receipt of payment (certified cheque or money order). Please mail to our address below. We will accept personalized cheques but will not ship your hat until your cheque has cleared our account. Returned cheques will be assesed a $15.00 return cheque fee. Please ensure that you add the shipping and handling costs to the total amount of your cheque or money order. Rush orders will be accepted under special circumstances.

Care and Feeding of Your Hat!
Hats are like pets. They need to be cared for and loved. When you wear your hat you must not allow it to sit too far back or directly on the top of your head. A well-trained hat should sit forward and to the side that works best with your particular hairdo. Remember: a hat is the icing on your cake. Make it a slave to your fashion desires.
Treat your hat with T.L.C. A nest of acid-free tissue paper (black or navy blue is best!) in a sturdy hat box is the optimal solution. Leaving your favorite hat on a shelf tossed in with other accessories or parked on the seat of a chair is asking for trouble. Your hat is a treasure. Keep it secure, clean and ready for use.
